Mail It 4U (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a locally owned print, ship and business services shop at 10 State Rd, Ste 9, Bath, Maine 04530. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or our in-store services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Mailbox rental information: if you rent a mailbox, the identification and application details required by U.S. Postal Service regulations.
• Business account information: billing contact and account details if you set up a business account with us.
• Technical information: basic data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected automatically when you visit our website.

• To print, copy, scan, ship, receive, notarize or otherwise complete the services you ask for.

Files, documents and photos

Files you give us are used only to complete your job. We don’t review them beyond what the work requires, and we don’t use them for marketing. Photos uploaded through the FZ Photo Prints app are sent to FotoZoomer’s cloud service in an encrypted file and are accessed with a private code generated for your upload. Please don’t share that code with anyone else.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when it’s needed to provide a service or required by law:

• Shipping carriers: when we ship or receive a package for you, the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL or another carrier you choose) receives the sender and recipient details needed for delivery.
• Service providers: companies that help us run our website and business, such as website hosting, form handling, security and spam protection, mapping, and payment or billing tools. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Legal and regulatory: when we are required to by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers or others, including disclosures required by USPS rules for mailbox rentals.
• Business changes: if the business is sold or transferred, customer information may be transferred to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
